Collective Audience is welcoming a new talent: Thibault Menssion, joining the team as Sales Manager. With a strong agency background, he brings a sharp understanding of advertiser challenges and a mindset focused on driving real value.

We asked him a few questions to get his perspective 👇

Before we even talk about your role, what drives you day to day?
Solving challenges for agencies and advertisers. I see my job as a game: a client comes with a need or a problem, and I bring the right toolbox to solve it. And what I enjoy the most? The human connection.

When did you realize Collective Audience was doing something different?
The return of interaction. I’ve always loved advertising—even as a consumer. With Collective Audience, we turn it into a real lever for brands: understanding their audience, sparking interest, and inviting users to actively engage with the brand.

You come from the agency side, how does that shape your sales approach?
It helps me fully understand the environment we operate in within a media plan. More importantly, it allows me to put myself in their shoes when they have specific needs.

What makes a successful collaboration with an agency today?
Getting replies to my prospecting emails!
More seriously, it’s about building trust and developing long-term partnerships.

In a world where attention is everything, how do you see the role of sales evolving?
Sales needs to become consultative. It’s about supporting clients at every stage of their campaign with strategies tailored to their goals.

If you had to sum up your vision of the role in one idea?
Understand client needs and challenges to deliver the most effective solutions.

What would success look like for your first few months at Collective Audience?
Building strong, trust-based relationships with my clients and creating long-term synergy.

Last question: what makes you think “that was a great day” at the end of it?
Seeing one of my ads live… or simply looking forward to the next day.

Welcome onboard Thibault!
